Shui On is part of a consortium for this massive project which comprises some 75 acres of land. When completed it will include 17 residential buildings ranging from 18 storeys to 49 storeys with a total of 5,700 residential units and a 375,000 square feet retail/commercial complex, plus parking garages within each building for 3,500 cars, making it the largest residential development project in New York. Besides, a 21.5-acre riverfront park extending south of the existing Riverside Park from 72nd Street to 59th street will be developed. This will be the most significant new urban green space in Manhattan since Central Park was created in the 1800s.
